Standard Booth:

International Area: Price: standard 9 sqm US$2800; Regular size: 3mx3m.

This option includes carpet, back & side walls, fascia board, one consulting table and two chairs, one fluorescent lighting and one power socket. (If special lighting is needed, please inform beforehand, it would be charged accordingly.)

Raw Space:

Area A: Price: US$280 per sqm

The exhibitors can appoint their own stand contractor or delegate official contractor to customize their stand design. No rack or equipment is included.

Exhibition Service Fee: Price: USD$100/ person, it includes exhibition catalog, three lunches, beverages, entrance to the opening banquet, gifts, etc.

Exhibit Space Arrangement: The organizer will assign the space on a basis of “first come, first served”. The organizer keeps few booths for flexibility.

Technical Seminar

During the exhibition, the organizer would like to assist exhibitors in holding technical seminar as well as products launch. The exhibitor should choose their topics and invite audience. Each seminar lasts one hour with charge of RMB￥8000 of the standard expense, including the rent of stereo systems, projector, screen and relevant equipment and service. Any exhibitor needs the service, please subscribe the seminar topic, the brief introduction of the seminar and the name of the lecturer to the organizer before 15th, May, 2007.
